How I Started:
I've been playing football for a while and found out that i rather lift weights. This is my DIET: (norwegian) Frokost: klokka 12:05 Ta frem brødet, eller havregryna, eventuelt frokostblanding. Gjerne EGG 200 gram havregryn, helmelk 1 liter 2 stk proteinshake med olje etterpå - gjerne overdoser med Multivitamin +100% whey mellommåltid 2-3 timer etter frokost 14:00: Finn det du har, kyllingfilet/tunfisksalat/mais/fetaost/egg _bøtt innpå med mye fastgain i tillegg._ 100% whey 1 shake 1 liter melk 3: Fisk eller skalldyr, reker f.eks 500 gram, potetris, havregryn + Mealtech 1 liter melk 4: fastgain igjen, nu rett før trening tar du carbofettsjiten din - Multivitamin overskudd her og. ta gjerne et par ZMA 100% whey PWO-shaken 1 liter melk 5: 100% whey stor shake, multivitamin, carbofuel, 3 brøskiver med stekte egg 1 liter melk 6: laksefilet + 5 hele egg.1 liter melk
