Background
Joined a gym at 16 because it sounded fun. Got made fun of for being in a gym and being skinny. Have been working out ever since. Was a runner for 20 years. Switched to cycling in 2002. Lift year round. Moved from Los Angeles to Wyoming when I was 30.
I love everything about it. I can't imagine NOT working out. I love the high. I love feeling strong. I love knowing that I'm taking care of my body for the long term.
