How I Started:
I was always very involved in athletics in both high school and college. Competing in figure/fitness was a goal of mine and 5 years after graduation, I met a friend who would end up providing me with the tools and support that I needed to step on stage as a figure competitor.
Why I Love It:
It is my ultimate release and my time every day. It is just me, my discipline and drive.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look back at what I have accomplished and the progress that I have made to date. Then look forward at what I still want to do.
Good workout yesterday. My chest is sooo sore! I'm glad we will be doing some sessions together, having you there is definetly a good motivator. See you Tuesday.
This week off from the gym is killing me!!! Why do you have to go and ban me from the gym? Just be ready, cause Saturday we're gonna tear Metro Fitness up :-)
