doctorstacy Susie, yes, it did take me a few years to get here b/c I continued to run as much as I did. When I bulk w/out the running, it happens quickly, but I go INSANE. I just did a 3 month bulk w/running only 1 or 2 runs a week. and only one long run a month. It was awful mentally. Jan 14, 2012 3:57pm

doctorstacy well, it's harder to run w/this added muscle for sure, but I've managed over the year to get my times almost the same as when I weighed 10 pounds lighter. Not a speed demon tho. Jan 12, 2012 12:10pm
