Hey dude, yeah anytime. I've actually been healing from some injuries lately, that's why I haven't posted any recent pics, however in the past yeah and a half I have gained am immense amount of knowledge on Human Physiology, so I'll be better than ever very soon. How's it going?

oh nice, good luck with that, if you want to add definition try HIIT ( high intensity interval training) melts the fat right off. I'll be making a new workout video soon and posting it.

Hey, Pretty good, just in San Diego California right now, im working mostly on my strength atm. I'm almost able to do a full one arm chin up. how about you?

Actually the area of BC i live in doesn't have snow usually ( I live on and Island) and the waves up here average around 10 - 15 feet this time of year :P

Hey, thank you :D wow, swimming's a great sport eh? well it's never too late. Yeah my workouts consists of Yoga, Gymastics and Weight lifting. So i get Flexibility, extreme strength and large muscle mass. I personally find it's the best combination

yeah a couple subtle ones around the biceps and armpit area vitamin E lotion, drinking lots of water, any other way of increasing the skins elasticity. they won't fully get rid of them, they will just help them fade.
