I began working out in August 2006 in San Diego California. I had swam competitively for 8 years beforehand and I got injured.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel great and clears my mind.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my results both in muscle mass and strength gains, not to mention the girls love it ;)
Making up my own exercises and finding exercises off YouTube to add to my routine. ( I'm a bit of a gymnast too, check out my Video further down my page for a preview of my workout )
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 34 pounds of solid Muscle in 6 months with absolutely no help from any supplements. And also lost 2 % of Body Fat
( For anyone who will be asking me, my workout routine is at the BOTTOM of the page under the section "WORKOUT PROGRAM", check it out if you wish )
