How I Started:
I began hitting the weights as a way of dealing with the stress after a breakup with my long time boyfriend. It was either move forward or sink into depression. I chose to get moving!
Why I Love It:
Helps me keep a positive attitude and a fit healthy body
I would recommend you keep cardio to a minimum and you start lfting hevier for awhile to build muscles. if you do too much cardio you wont build muscles and wont have no def. Get a good trainer in gym
actually it does ring a bell because when I went to cape hatteras, drving by I was like what kind of a name is that...but I thin k it was pretty far in my head.
well you know, if you re lean and doesnt have a great def, I think you need to build more muscles. you need to hit the gym but the side of the weight room. o you like lifting weights?
