Oh my Goodness! It is difficult to post these pics but I want to share them for all of the women out there looking to change their body. Years of being a cardio junky and eating empty carbs and afraid of heavy weights because I did not want to get bulky. lol! It finally caught up to me.
This week's goal: Get in some solid workouts before holiday weekend!! :0)
Goal (Long):
Get my tight dancer's legs back! Long and lean. Be Healthy and Happy!! Also want to add some width and mass to my upper body. Take a well deserved vacation! Ultimately, to live in a bikini.

I'm a huge tennis fan..both as a player and as a spectator. The Williams sisters just made the Wimbledon finals! I'm so excited for them and can only imagine what an incredible feeling that must be. It's a huge accomplishment...

I haven't decided what supplements I'm going to keep during my offseason. I don't know when your as small as I am how much your body can handle..the doses listed on GH etc..I think I'm going to try smaller doses and see what happens. I also don't want to spend too much more money on my supps either. Gets expensive!

Im pretty excited as well for the photo shoot But more so having elise firestone training me for my very first bodybuilding competition in October on the 10th 2009. So my training and diet have been taken up to another level now
Hi beautiful surf hows your training going? As for me training has been really good im leaning out some more and just enjoying most of it. Ive got my very first photo shoot coming up in 3 weeks well 2 weeks after this week. The shoot is for world physique website & magazine
Lucky you to train in the evenings! I wish I could train at night. I would sleep well afterwards! Unfortunately I don't have the option to train at home, and the gym is miserably busy in the evenings. Of course, in your line of work I imagine your workday starts and ends earlier than mine.
My de-load was supposed to be 3x/week of circuit training, never to failure. It ended up being 1x, lol... my back kept me out of the gym. I began my cut yesterday!
I know about those stubborn spots! I have two of them. I'm tight in all places except these. What the heck? Instead of fretting about it I figure the tough spots are just the last ones to let go. So patience it is! :)
Sorry for the late reply-trying to get back to normal after my comp. Yes, I had a massage. No real cheat food yet though-waiting til vacation for that!
GH-J had me take 4am/4preworkout/4bdtime
I do think it helped some-but I'm never really sure what is helping(diet,cardio,supps). I really like quadracarn though. Hope that helps-ask all you want.
you look good..im tired this week..changed the diet..starting the 18 week til contest diet..LOL..and its ungodly hot here..so im more tired than normal..tonite wasnt the most motivational lift..i do much better if i can lift over my lunch hour...hope your having a good week...
