Oh my Goodness! It is difficult to post these pics but I want to share them for all of the women out there looking to change their body. Years of being a cardio junky and eating empty carbs and afraid of heavy weights because I did not want to get bulky. lol! It finally caught up to me.
Visit my blog for Central Park and other NYC photos :) This week's focus: Eat more to get my weight back up to 120. Ditch the Omron! Work on my quads. LUNGES!!
Goal (Long):
Get my dancer's legs back! Long and lean. Be healthy and Happy!! Also want to add some width and mass to my upper body. Get to 15% bodyfat. Take a well deserved vacation! Ultimately, to live in a bikini.
