Oh my Goodness! It is difficult to post these pics but I want to share them for all of the women out there looking to change their body. Years of being a cardio junky and eating empty carbs and afraid of heavy weights because I did not want to get bulky. lol! It finally caught up to me.
Happy with this pic. Time to relax the diet just a bit and put on a bit more muscle. Laying off the cardio for now.
This week's goal: Dropsets, 2 sessions of HIIT and 2 sessions of LISS Cardio :0)
Goal (Long):
Get my tight dancer's legs back! Long and lean. Be Healthy and Happy!! Also want to add some width and mass to my upper body. Take a well deserved vacation! Ultimately, to live in a bikini.

I do HIT training myself, but I am not so consistent on my leg lifting routine. Like you mentioned, I have always been afraid of bulking my legs up, but I think leg muscle definition looks great!
