Oh my Goodness! It is difficult to post these pics but I want to share them for all of the women out there looking to change their body. Years of being a cardio junky and eating empty carbs and afraid of heavy weights because I did not want to get bulky. lol! It finally caught up to me.
Happy with this pic. Time to relax the diet just a bit and put on a bit more muscle. Laying off the cardio for now.

Serena and Venus Williams - Wimbledon 2008 Finalists

I'm a huge tennis fan..both as a player and as a spectator.  The Williams sisters just made the Wimbledon finals!  I'm so excited for them and can only imagine what an incredible feeling that must be.  It's a huge accomplishment...

Amazing transformation! Thank you for your sharing your journey! If you have the time, would you mind sharing your leg routine w/ me that helped you get such great firming results? I do HIT training myself, but I am not so consistent on my leg lifting routine. Like you mentioned, I have always been afraid of bulking my legs up, but I think leg muscle definition looks great! SO..any tips would be greatly appreciated!! Thanx in advance!! Keep up the great work!! -Chrissy

It was a pretty good summer. Busy but nice. We're transferring soon so I went last week to buy a house and some land. We're looking forward to it.
