i'm thinking i'm gonna go with http://www.bodybuilding.com/st ore/univ/storm.html next instead of NO-Explode. It's got the two things I want from my preworkout drink without much extra; N.O. and creatine.
i know what you mean about the no-explode: my skin was clear until i started taking it, but it's manageable until i finish the container. i'll probably switch over to taking just straight creatine next instead of a formula. i was using BSN Cell Mass before without seeing any negative results with my complexion, so perhaps i'll go back to that. how are you liking the NaNO Vapor?
I actually am using a mixed grip. My grip just isn't That strong. I'm also doing deads at the end of my workout, so my hands are already tired by that time. I'm putting 'em first next week, though. We'll see how that works.
Thnx for the comment. I usually do heavy squats, leg press and hack squats. That's about all. I just do one per workout. Workout 1 Squats only, Workout 2 Leg press only, Workout 3 Hack Squat only. Then I rotate them.
Nice.. it's great when you find what works for you to grow... I have been really pushing myself and growing last few year.. Just got a contract with a supplement company and super excited myself. Going to kick it into over drive now for that PRO card.
man you have some impressive progress pics. the 8/29 b&w photo is a classic bodybuilder shot. absolutely killer mass and definition. you should be so proud of your progress/results.
