July 4th, when I was about 10 pounds heavier. I was about 174, but I was on Creatine at the time. I dont want to take that anymore.

Same pic. i REALLY need to work on my stomach, its gotten ridiculous :(, and i just can't get my chest to change at all. I have been having improvements with my leg and back strength though!

I took about 2 months off because I was distracted. I've been back at it for about 2.5 weeks now. I've made progress. This time I'm doing it without sups, so I'm gonna be a lot leaner. But I prefer the look.

I had just gotten back from a ridiculous leg day at the ships gym. I was moving like a 90 y/o man for 2 days lol. Oh.... and don't mind the sweat stain, just a sign of my hard work.

Me last month right b4 i moved. I had been in the gym pretty solid for while and some good results were finally starting to show in my opinion.

I dont have a full body mirror at my place. So I can only really take pics when im away for work in a hotel. LoL..... how dreadful. Might have something more recent next week.
