I ran for 8 years. And I would always use that as an excuse for me being so small. I always said once I'm done running I would get in the gym and get bigger. So...... now that I'm done, I have to bust my butt to make some changes to my body.
Why I Love It:
I like trying to naturally transform my body, without any surgical procedures.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at pictures of other people who have the build I want. It makes me go into the gym and try harder. Plus I just like the burn from a good workout. Its my drug of choice..... besides twizzlers.
I want to look like a model. Long, muscular, and ridiculously cut up.
Goal (Long):
I'm naturally a pretty slim guy. Thankfully running for 8 years put a little bit of muscle on my bones. I've always been able to rely on my genetics to be in decent shape....Kinda like what you see in my August 2009 pics. But I need to take it further. I really know that I can achieve the look I want I just have to focus on my diet, which I've never done, and stay in the gym faithfully which I'm getting better at.
I was in the gym pretty hard form July to August, but I actually moved to a completely different part of the country in mid August. It took me awhile to find the right gym, but I think I have it now. I've been back in the gym for the past 2 days and it feels wonderful to be back!
My bad for the essay.....LoL
I can't complain man but going back to school after 23 years is let's just say it takes some adjusting. Thank God I am doing well but it is a challenge. I am cutting right now and adding definition. I started a super clean meal plan that started November 1st. Its the basics- no salt, sugar and white flour. I eat mostly fish, chicken brease (skinless) Tons of veggies and yams. Sometimes rice and oatmeal. I drink about a gallon of water a day. How are you liking Boston?
Things are much better nowadays! It's a new month, so I am going to start kicking it into high gear. Can't wait to see how my results turn out! I'm looking forward to late November. Headed to the gym right now matter of fact. I will keep you posted though.
Well, I plan on doing a 700/day calorie burn (about an hour/day) with cardio for two weeks and see how the results weigh in. Got to define these cuts, man. The last few weeks have been rocky and I'm not happy about that.
Jordan, how are things going with you man? How are you doing with the bulking up? It has been a while since I hit you up. Wish you well with your goals.
Training is solid. There is something to improve on everyday. I just keep at it. You're definitely keeping it pushin bro. I'm probably going to try and pack on some size in Nov...
The cruise was fantastic! I did eat too much but I worked it all off a week after returning. I actually weigh less now than before the cruise. Training is going well now. I'm doing 5 days. How are things on your end?
