Yea, I def want to compete sometime this summer, but haven't picked out any competitions yet.

I usually directly hit abs 3 times a week.

Thanks, man. I used to do the ab wheel a lot, but grew bored of it. What I've been doing now is fully inverted situps with a pair gravity boots. Also, heavy compounds really work the core.

Chest is all the basics, but I've been starting with incline movements first now. I switch it up between db and bb press, and db, machine, cable flies. Hard and heavy on the presses, and lots of volume for the flies.

as in - heavy deadlifts and heavy squats...using good form and enough weight to make you strain to get 3-7 good reps.

Thanks, man. I credit heavy compounds for a well built core. But in the past I did a lot of work with an ab wheel, and lately I've been doing inverted situps every now and then with gravity boots.

You're gonna hate me, but I don't do any cardio...just eat a very strict diet. Frequent small meals of lean protein, healthy fats, very little carbs. In fact, during my cutting phase, I try to only eat carbs in the first meal of the day via oatmeal.

yo dude, i got it off ebay for around $150 (new). it's made by a company called hang ups. comes with the bar and a nice pair of gravity boots.

eh, i'm doing alright...but cutting weight is taking its toll on me. i liked it better in the winter when i was eating w/e i wanted on my bulk haha. looks like you're making steady progress...congrats and keep it up!

i try to stay pretty clean...i don't like to put on too much excess fat. but, those pics are from my last cut. when i was bulking this past fall/winter, my abs were faint...probably around 13-14% bf

Wrestling was my sport until i got to college. That's probably part of the reason for my strength and physique, especially the neck and forearms.
