I was always involved in sports, with wrestling being my main one. My dad helped me get started on a basic program when I was in middle school. I started really training hard when I got to highschool and lifted with the football team.
Why I Love It:
I love the never-ending challenge. I love looking better and living healthier. I love constantly getting stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm going to try out a natural competition this year, and I'm very competitive, so I want to come in as best shape as I can. Girls also keep me motivated haha.

Yeah I have been hitting the oliptical machine almost every night after work, and still doing my weight training during the day's. It'll probably be easier once I get out of the sand box over here
thanks man, yeah married going on 3 years in december, 2 beautiful kids, and now I am trying to loose my gut I put on while deployed, I am still over here so its the perfect situation to go to the gym and try to get in shape, I just want ot keep putting on mass while loosing my gut. is that possible?
I've never really done flies, but I'm gonna start this week. I do all incline, decline and flat, but I recently saw a video that suggested to throw in the machine every once and a while. This only helps confirm it, so thanks a million!
Okay, yeah, i do that too. I guess I just gotta be patient and lift hard and heavy! One other thing though, what do you do for your chest? Do you just do heavy compounds as well?
