Hey thanks for the tip about eating more chicken and tuna, but i was wondering what are some things that you do to keep your food interesting?

Haha, muscles look good too. I'm a fan of symmetry and definition. Both look great especially because your big, but not too big. Good luck getting your pro card man. When's the next competition?

Very true on both the glucosamine and the blonde hair. Unfortunately as weird as long blond hair would look on a guy, it isnt unheard of, especially when you live so close to LA and Hollywood :( You get all types of people in actorsville trying to get famous. I personally like the ones that talk to themselves! = )

My dad has some glucosamine, ill borrow some, he says it works wonders for his elbow and shoulder. I looked at that fast food article a while ago and if i ever get an urge i check it first. I just have to keep it up once i go back to school!!!

Very good advise!!! I bought a foreman grill this week and ive had some steak on it, better on the bbq in my opinion, but if i want to lose weight ive got to go leaner than hunks of red meat. Im going to the store today so chicken and tuna it is
