Getting Started - 271 lbs Nov Status - after traveling 1 week
This taken when I got started. Goals are to lose fat and regain musculature from 10 years ago. This won't be easy.
Been in moderate strength building phase, less strict on diet and almost no cardio. Getting ready to focus on maintanence through holidays

Getting a little thicker in chest, keeping bf steady between 7.5 and 8. Trying to lean out slightly but good update. Photoshoot comes out this month in Oct Iron Man
