Thanks for the comments! Home gyms can be a great asset and you certainly have solid definition on your bi's! Looks like there are a lot of us 40+ showing people what we can do!

Thanks for your comments! On your goal - I have previously integrated a heavy bag into my workout split. I had several routines based on my overall phase goal. In a high strength, bulk phase - I used it to warm up my upper body more completely before a chest/ back routine. On cut phases - high rep shoulder cuts sets as well as pre-exhaust, and cardio. Lots of cautions here if you are new to the bag though. wrist and carpal, metacarpal injury, overtraining, etc.

Trying to get back on the wagon this week. No gym and bad eating over the weekend = guilt. Strict diet and solid training = redemption. Minor shoulder injury - so need to adjust routine but actually going pretty good!

Lot's of desk work this week but got good chest and tris in on Monday and hitting legs tonight and back/bis tomorrow if I can stick to the plan! Feeling strong though!
