This taken when I got started. Goals are to lose fat and regain musculature from 10 years ago. This won't be easy.
Been in moderate strength building phase, less strict on diet and almost no cardio. Getting ready to focus on maintanence through holidays

After 2 years getting back (and better) than where I was in my early 30s - I want to go for the ambitions I had a decade ago and live as much of my life as is possible! I want to be able to compete in bb or fitness categories, travel and live knowing that I have done the most with what I was given at birth - mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder - tendonitis. I was impacted for over a year but have been slowly building up strength and I am getting closer to pre injury conditions.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
In my case - improper form/ weight
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Tough call. In my case - high weight focused on isolated areas like shoulder/ elbow/knee/ back etc

Breaking Bricks

Description: I wanted to see if I could break 6 patio bricks (2x8x16 - these are half size - full bricks are 16x16x2). Then I stacked the pieces for an axe kick through the seventh brick.
