Passed my fitness test! Now I am training for long distance running.
Goal (Long):
I have a curvy body that I would like to tone up. I have never had a tone body, just thin with a little bit of 'baby fat'. I am enjoying long distance running and am hoping to run a 5k and 10k soon.
I'm really surprised that I've been enjoying running as much as I have been. It has been great! I get this feeling of accomplishment when I run. I used to hate hate HATE cardio of any kind, let alone actual pounding the pavement running. How funny.
I suggest you build a strong core...without that you don't have anything else...like do situps with a medicine ball...eating right helps fuel your body (you know this) PM me with any questions
