My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
My New Training Split.. I started this split late August of this year
I started doing this new training split back in late August.. I only focus on one body part for the day, since I can now workout in the evenings on certain days.. I'll go back to the gym and do cardio.. but mainly I've been focusing on lifting weights.. so here it goes
Sunday: Quads, Hamstrings, and Calves
Wednesday: Quads (AM), Hamstrings and Calves (PM)
Saturday: Chest and Arms
I normally do abs on back days.. and I also workout my abs on an empty stomach, I work my abs out early morning. I never work abs out late evening.

Just keeping it simple as far as nutrition
Lately I been eating lots of bake and broiled food I been eating alot of vegatables and fruites as well I make sure its fresh nothing out the can.. Drinking lots and lots of water.. I don't do any sugars, and I stay away from everything white. whole wheat everything. so far i have lost a great deal of body fat and I watch my sodium intake as well.. since salt retain water.. I also take a multivitemine every morning and make my own freash juice using my jucier...

My Motivation Program
I just kept my eyes focus on what I wanted.. I was 280lbs when I was 18 years old and I wanted to make a change in my life.. so I joined a gym, worked hard to achieve my goal. and with lots and lots of hard work and dedication I was able to achieve it.. now I'm not competely happy where I am now.. so I am trying to push myself harder so I can be where I want to be physical, mental and spirtiually.
