How I Started:
Took weightlifting as a class my senior year of high school and really excelled in it.
Why I Love It:
B/c it helped me to be an All American Sprinter in track and I am good at it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm extremely competitive so i try to lift with someone as often as i can. I take a preworkout supplement to give me a boost of energy and i try and surpass what i did previously everytime.
BB Accomplishments:
To keep my weight as low as i can while continuing to gain strength. To hit over 300lbs in bench.
Abs are certainly topnotch, as well as your biceps, which are looking really huge and thick in your progress pics. Continued success with your training.
