What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
i eat every 3 hours. i take in about 345 calories per meal. about 18-20 grams of protein and about 45-60 grams of carbs. about 5g-10g of fiber per meal. some of my calories come from supplements which is included in the 345 i get per meal. i eat 5-6 meals a day. specific foods are as follows:
Carbs/Fiber: natures own 100% whole wheat bread. 3 slices. 150 calories total. kashi go lean cereal. 1/2 cup. 70 calories.
