i guess you could say that i am after the perfect training regimine. i'm not sure what i want out of my body. it could be strength one month and endurance the next. i like to experiment. lose as much weight as fast as possible or gain it. it is never about looks with me. i want to be as near perfect an athlete as i can.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
i eat every 3 hours. i take in about 345 calories per meal. about 18-20 grams of protein and about 45-60 grams of carbs. about 5g-10g of fiber per meal. some of my calories come from supplements which is included in the 345 i get per meal. i eat 5-6 meals a day. specific foods are as follows:
Carbs/Fiber: natures own 100% whole wheat bread. 3 slices. 150 calories total. kashi go lean cereal. 1/2 cup. 70 calories.

Quite the change from Oct. to now both in muscle, size and definition. Powerful looking upper body and lifting stats prove that. Impressive neck, traps, chest/pecs and arms to name a few. Continued success. Andre
