My father owns a gym and one of my good friend's parents own a gym, so him and I would go just to pass the time in high school.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Maybe it's a bit dumb, but I get a lot of my inspiration from comic book characters, as well as characters from movies, ie and Arnold/Stallone movies. And JAMES BOND!

Hah, Junior year in HS, I thought I was hot shit because I maxed out at 200lbs on the bench. hehe

So I've fallen out of going to the gym for the past two months.  Hard with holidays, travelling and school.  *Sigh*  I lost a lot of muscle.  Could only bench 225x1 the other day... quite sad.  But I am getting back into it.  Adonis, here I come!

Keep lifting hard Tony. You'll meet your goals. I followed the EAS bench press routine "Gain 50lbs. in 50 days". It really worked. I went from benching 325lbs. to 375lbs. I'll see if I can find it for you. If not, you can probably search the web for it.
