lol don't scared of anything, hell I'm back on the hacksquat again and thinking of surprising a few folks here in Cali, be returning to competition in 3 weeks from now & I don't compete for second place ever lol.

Thanks Santi, this was the toughest journey I ever had before in my life , "but" I worked my but off and I still am. I'm about 85% healed and now I'm actually training for size again lol. Thanks again, train hard & stay hard-core!!!

245 ooh wee!!! lol Man you are packing it on this round, that's "Good" I'm old school and I still believe thats the way to pack on new muscle. Load up in the off season and peal down to show your new gains when it's show time! Keep up the great work! Now as far as my recovery time I'm a "firm" believer in the power of the man above and I'm proff of what God can do:-) I can't wait to see what he does with me next!

Just wanted to tell you that after 13 weeks I'm now able to run again yeah!!! Leg pressing 5 plates and getting stronger every week!

You know what happens to an injured muscle? It gets "BIGGER" to prevent the injury from happening again:-) lol

thanks for the cool/kind words, today was a great day I was able to ride the stationary bike fast enough to power it up, something I couldn't do 2 days ago (BIG deal to me) lol. I'm getting better everyday:-) "thanks" again for the kind words.

Man I'm walking "almost" completly normal (still can't go down stairs without a major hold on rails) but I also started riding the stationary bike and some body weight leg excerciese. Yeah!!!!!!! lol

It's funny I've trained fpr years with major intensity and now since my accident/injury my focus and intensity is at it's highest ever. I'm so freaken determined to fully recover from this asap that it's scary lol. Look forward to achieving this new goal.
