How I Started:
My brother convinced me to try working out with weights one day. I met a guy through an online video game who was aspiring to become a personal trainer. He gave me advice about lifting & a few beginner workout programs, & that along with the guidance of an older brother who had already had some experience with weights helped me to build a basic foundation of knowledge about working out. I had goals to be skinny but ripped at the time, with a bench of 65 for 11 reps :).

How I Stay Motivated:
There's always something to look forward to and I'm constantly seeing progress.
BB Accomplishments:
Bodybuilding sets me aside from everyone else. It guides me in the right direction and keeps me away from things I know i shouldn't be doing. I've also gained a great deal of self confidence from bodybuilding. I hope to compete someday, but until then, this is what I've gained from the sport.
