Hey no kidding. All is well here. Kicikin some ass training! Warm-up show this coming weekend, fitness model division; then figure shows September 8th and 22nd. Dang right! How have you been? Hope your Family and friends are ok!!!

Sweet. It's nice having someone to train with....I end up going heavier and working harder when I have Zack around during workouts.
Have I seen this guy that your training with or is it his first show? I'm guessing Aaron's show is what you are shooting for and the Iowa show?

Thanks Beckie~~~ I am hoping to use your tanning stuff for my next shows...I used DT 2 this time...fail safe under the stage lighting for my second show that was under theatre lights. I was worried about being tooo light. Can't wait for my next shows. Thanks again!!

Thanks for the comment on my myspace Tara and on the bulletin. I did have a great time. It was great meeting you. I can't wait to compete again...I have 3 shows lined up this fall. Might even do a couples bodybuilding routine!!

hey How is Louisiana??? Hope your having fun on that ship!! My show was awesome!! I got 3rd in the lifestyle achievement division out of 8!!! (basically who made the most improvement in the last 6-9 months....33 lbs and 7% BF for me...
don't know if you check this but thought I would say hey and drop a line!!! :)

The show was awesome. I wasn't lean enough to be competitive but I knew that going into the show. This was just an experience/practice run. Can't wait to see ya this weekend!!!!
