Background
I always had my sympathies for this sport but a good friend of mine started to visit the gym and talked all the time about it and i just couldn't bear with that fact and here i am :)
Bodybuilding it's not about just lifting weights ,bodybuilders lift weights only to gain more muscles no matter the weight, so it's not always how much we lift but how we lift them..and when i lift and control the weight properly i just love the feeling when my muscles start pumping and the blood flowing through my veins..gotta love it !!
