I have been ill for a while suffering from fibromyalgia, It causes extremely painful joints and muscles that are constantly tight and knotted. It's debilitating but I've made a vow not to let it stop me from living my life or achieving my goals. I can't lift weights yet but I am getting started on a dieting and cardio plan with some calisthenics.
Why I Love It:
Endorphins & it helps me stay on track and not eat junk!
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm hoping this blog will keep me motivated!! Mr. SuperTah also is a fitness inspiration as well as my sister.

My neck and upper back feel a bit better. I have not been following a "diet" plan per say. I have been eating when I am hungry and stopping before I become full. I have been choosing "better" foods for me. Finding that my appetite for french fries is really emotionally based...
Yeah, bday was definitely awesome, and tomorrow a few friends are taking me to a comedy club!! Yayers... so, uh, when are you guys coming down to San Diego again (hee, subtle, huh?? ;))
I do oatmeal, egg whites and sugar free flavoring syrup. You can throw in a scoop of protein powder for flavor. Pbolton1 has a pumpkin pancake recipe in her blog, I think.
