How I Started:
I had an unfortunate visit to the dept. of corrections in TX. While there I began working out often and educating myself through literature until it became a passion. Then upon release, Life happened. I have been out of shape every since so when my child was born and my wife said she needed help shedding weight, I opted to get back into the gym.
Why I Love It:
It is ME time. I can focus all of my energy into pressing and pushing. The only time I feel bettter than when I am leaving the gym is when I am leaving church.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read Muscle & Fitness magazine, Muscular Development, Planet Muscle, or frequent Bodybuilding.com. The body blogs and forums are often informative.
BB Accomplishments:
I have gained 15 lbs in 7 weeks. I have increased strentgh in most lifts two-fold. Now thanks to Cellucor supplements I have added another 10+ lbs of solid mass while cutting 3% body fat

Goal (Long):
I will eat 4 quality whole food meals a day, in addition to 1-2 protein shakes. I will also use a N.O. supplement and a creatine supplement. I will workout 1-1 1/2 hour a day four days a week. I will perform at least 15 minutes of cardio, and no more than 45 minutes, at 75% MHR at conclusion of lifting days a minimum of twice weekly. I will clean up my lifestyle and make it my purpose to keep making healthy choices for myself & my family. I will periodize my training and adapt my diet accordingly. I will finish what I set out to do. I will not quit. I will soon step on a stage and win my class. This experience will further empower me.
Your transformation proves that it can be done. Obesity can be overcome . I think you are so gorgeous now and a shining light for women who struggle with weight issues.

Day 1: Chest, Triceps, Calves, Abs
Day 2: Back, Biceps, Quads
Day 3: Shoulders, Traps, Abs
Day 4: Chest, Triceps, Biceps, Forearms, Calves
Day 5: Quads, Hams, Glutes, Abs
Day 6: Rest except for 30 min cardio
Day 7: REST COMPLETELY

I am sorry, that is not really like me to do that. Unfortunately, at that time, they were the only shots that showed my progress. I never meant to offend.
