So, I've been following the Vertical Jump Bible for approximately 7 weeks now.
While I've gained considerable strength, I haven't really noticed any significant increase in my vertical leap.
I guesstimate that I've gained about 2 or 3 inches in 7 weeks time.
hey man, saw on your blog you're focusing on plyo and vert. In case you don't have a program yet, I've had very good gains so far with the vertical jump bible. focuses on heavy leg lifting mixed with plyo, has you test and there are different programs based on whether you need more strength or more reactive improvement. http://www.higher-faster-sport s.com/ good luck. If you find any other programs that work, let me know.
sounds like a fun plan. Business and pleasure.
Ha ha, I think I need a business like that. Geez, go away for 6-8 months at a time. LOL, where do I sign up?
Well, look for me on the treadmill or the elliptical... I'm usually bouncing around there...or on the mat doing abs. Promise me you'll say Hi... I'd love that!
Man, you are looking great.
Keep up the good work. I know one of these days I'm going to meet you at one of these lifetime fitnesses around here.
I think I'm actually about to go log some time right now.
Man, and all this time I thought you were going to the one up in John's Creek. Mountain Brook threw me off for a second until I realized that's the one in Woodstock.
You got me wanting to venture out there to see what the female selection is looking like. Eh, probably when I move though.
