I started working out when I was a freshman in highschool. I was doing it to get stronger faster then the other athletes and it just stuck. Same attitude.
Why I Love It:
I love working out cause it takes my mind off of the annoying thing in life. Also, I love working out cause I know I do my body good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by keeping goals. Also it helps that I have a competitive spirit. I want to get stronger and better at all times.
I want to gain about 20 pounds by the time I leave Qatar. I also went to bench 400lbs, Squat 575lbs and Deadlift 625lbs.
Goal (Long):
My long term goal is to keep what I gain here in Qatar. It is hard to do when you are in real enviroment and that is why it is one of the hardest goal to acheive.
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I like having a workout partner because you can come up with some crazy workouts. Also, sometimes you don't feel motivated and you partner will make you motivated cause you don't want to be left behind. What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I hate them all. I have to do it so I will do the treadmill one day for about 45min to 1hr and the other day do the stepmill for 45min.
