What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I trained my biceps wrong and I am still trying to make up for it now, my inner bicep is alot larger than my outer so when I do a rear double bicep the look welll small

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
things dont happen over night keep pushin yourself and if you hit a brick wall and you compleety stop progressing tweek your training abit to spice things up
