How I Started:
a few years ago in my early teens, before I ever did any training I was flexing my bicep and my sister walked in the room and laughed.
since then I got my self into shape but only proply started lifting about a year and a half ago
Why I Love It:
honestly I dont have a pecific reason because thier are hundreds of reasons but lifting weights has seemed to of taken over my life

when I started high school I used to be abit of a chubby kid then all of a sudden it disapeard and i went to 3 percent bodyfat I LOOKED DISGUSTING so this is when I started to lift properly to get some mass instead of fitness

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I trained my biceps wrong and I am still trying to make up for it now, my inner bicep is alot larger than my outer so when I do a rear double bicep the look welll small

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I have a training parter because it is good competition and you are able to lift alot more weight. What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
things dont happen over night keep pushin yourself and if you hit a brick wall and you compleety stop progressing tweek your training abit to spice things up

erm am not really on it, very low amounts, just trying it out, you know what i mean
its really helping with training, size doesnt come quick but u sure as hell recover alot quicker

nope :( dont knw any1 in my division, altho im going to see a bnbf show in the start of 2009, to get an idea of what im throwin myself into, see th condition of th teens n pic up on what there weak on n make tht my strong points.
well i lke to keep my mind on the show, n keep a steady cut, im still gaining size on my stats even tho im cuttin, chest is lke 48.5 now n arms 17.5, whch wernt tht big on my full bulk.
ye the adult divisions r 80kg +, n if i go in teen at 90 ripped will b gr8, this new pic i took for my display is at 210lbs, iv lost 8lbs since i strted cuttin n its showin well.
