How I Started:
a few years ago in my early teens, before I ever did any training I was flexing my bicep and my sister walked in the room and laughed.
since then I got my self into shape but only proply started lifting about a year and a half ago
Why I Love It:
honestly I dont have a pecific reason because thier are hundreds of reasons but lifting weights has seemed to of taken over my life

when I started high school I used to be abit of a chubby kid then all of a sudden it disapeard and i went to 3 percent bodyfat I LOOKED DISGUSTING so this is when I started to lift properly to get some mass instead of fitness
its been 6 months since my shoulder injury but things are really starting to pick up

Goal (Long):
eventually become a personal trainer and aim to be a freak and find somewher along the way that I like
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I trained my biceps wrong and I am still trying to make up for it now, my inner bicep is alot larger than my outer so when I do a rear double bicep the look welll small

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I have a training parter because it is good competition and you are able to lift alot more weight. What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
things dont happen over night keep pushin yourself and if you hit a brick wall and you compleety stop progressing tweek your training abit to spice things up
Hey man -- all is great! Steadily hitting the gym & making strength gains. SLOWLY adding size. Progress is progress. :) How about you? How's the shoulder?
Yeah I'm doing 10 and 15 pound dumbells so it feels a little weak. But it doesn't hurt my shoulder press which I can do 155 about 6-8 times on a smith machine. I can do 70 pound dumbells about 6 times but it hurts to get them up.
Better. I got it worked on today, so like yours it'll some time and patience. It sucks cause I have shoulders to do tomorrow. Once I loosen it up it'll be okay.
aww man in this off season i was around 20 % ...i loaded to much and im still paying for it ....wrong carbs at the wrong times ....slowly but surely im getting right
Well good to hear your on the way back. I have a little problem with my shoulder too. Feels like its pulled. I have been getting it worked on for the last ten days so it has been getting better.
