I started working out my freshman year in college because I was on the Men's Basketball Team. I went from 165 to 185 after I started lifting weights. From then on I always liked to lift but I didnt get really serious about it until I was 22.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge of transforming my body. From maxing out my lifts to stepping on stage, the whole thing is a huge competition to me. I also like the fact that eating healthy and lifting weights helps me look good!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by wanting to look and be the best. Whenever I contemplate skipping a workout or eating a crappy meal, I just think of all the other competitors who are doing the oppositte.
BB Accomplishments:
3rd Place 2008 All Forces Bodybuilding Championships.

My goal is to put on 10 pounds of clean muscle this off season and compete again next spring.
Goal (Long):
The first time I wanted to really be ripped and cut up is when I was about 20 years old. I lifted all the time with crappy workouts and a bad diet and saw nothing. It wasn't until I really sat down and researched on what I had to do. 3 years later I competed in my first contest, and I was pretty cut up but not big enough. Right now my goal is to put on some clean muscle this off season and come back bigger and more ripped next year. I eventually would some day love to compete in Fitness Model Competitions such as the Fame World Championships.
THanks for the competition bro! i appreciate it. It was a great time for me and a great first experience! You looked ripped up bro! Abs were crazy. Hopefully ill see u on stage again sometime!
How is Germany? I haven't PCS ed yet and my buddy that is stationed there says he doesn't really like it that much. Is it easy to maintain bodybuilding there?
