BB Accomplishments: Not a bb accomplishment but a life one. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. It has taken some time to get the pain under control. Not sure if I will be able to compete but who knows.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want to fine tune what I have...always a work in progress!
Goal (Long): I am almost to my goal I had set in January. I can't believe how much muscle I have gained at this point. Seems like I am retaining it really well since my weight is bearly moving but my measurements are. I am sure that I will attain my goal and maybe try to do a show later this year. We will see how that pans out with my doctor giving me clearance to do a show cut. New pictures are coming....

dont rush it patience is very valuable when making a lifestyle change. do what is right for you, and dont stress over the scale weight.

Thanks so much for adding me! It's great to know someone else who understands what I'm going through. How did you start lifting with fibro? I have such pain in my shoulders and neck I can't imagine lifting a gallon of water let alone bodybuilding.
