Right now I'm not really dieting...high protein but enjoying food until I begin to prepare for my next contest. I'm doing about about 30 mins to 1 hr of cardio 5-6 times a week...

I like to push heavy weight, I'm not all about getting huge. Obviously I like having muscle, just don't want to look like a professional fbb. I'm quite happy with my size now :-)

Well you can't be afraid to eat! I'm sure you know that already. And I checked out your supps and noticed you aren't taking creatine. That is when I noticed the biggest change in my physique. Creatine, lifting very intense heavy weight and I found NO products to be helpful as well. Really try to limit alcohol! I hope that helps...if you have anymore questions fire away :-)

Mmmmmm sushi! My contest is April 19. I'm 9 1/2 weeks away! Starting to stressss! Since it's going to be my first contest I have no idea what my competition weight would be, I guess I'm shooting for somewhere between 140-155 if I'm 177 now?? You don't look to bad yourself! DICED! I basically eat the same shit everyday, monotonous but keeps me on track and I know exactly how many cals I've eaten. Taking in just around 1500 cals a day, give or take...I'm still consistently dropping weight so I think I'm good there right now, don't really carb cycle but I have one day a week where I take in much more than usual..how about you? What is usually your strategy or does it change all the time?
