My Husband got me started working out, so I could live a healthier life. Now i am addicted to it! i want to know everything!
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel and the way it is tranforming my body. I love the satisfaction i get when i cant move the next day because my muscles are sore.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by the image in my head of the way I want to look. and doing my research.....i am always ready to learn something new!
BB Accomplishments:
Right now i would have to say my whole body i went from skin and bones to muscle :)! i love my new body

All my life I would look in the mirror and simply not be satisfied with my looks. I would always say i was fat when i wasnt. The lack of self esteam led me into an eating disorder where i entered the 120lb range and it wasnt until i met my boyfriend that i realized what i was doing was not healthy at all. i want to beable to look in the mirror and be comfortable with anything that i put on, i want to see that i am pretty, and i want to do it the right way, by eating right and working out.

I want to LOSE 25 lb

I took a 4 week break, and now I've been back on track for 2 wks. My hubby gets home in 6 weeks, from deployment!! So I wanna be in tip-top shape!! Let's motivate each other- C'MON WOMAN!!!
