How I Started:
I started out by playing football in high school. I found out that if you get bigger and stronger, you'll be a better football player and be able to take a beating. So that's what actually made me work out even after the season.
Why I Love It:
It feels great and its a total stress reliever. It also makes me feel confident lol.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by always trying my best. I know what I'm capable of and just by lifting and getting stronger it makes me feel like I can achieve whatever I set my mind on.

Goal (Long):
I want to bench 200 or more pounds and have a nice, big physical frame. I may not be tall, but hopefully my genetic makeup won't prevent me from gaining strength and muscle. I want to become more muscular and big. I don't feel "big" but my goal is to be more ripped than now 05/01/09.
His body is so lean and ripped but yet its muscular and toned! I would like to achieve this type of fitness in the next couple of years. Wow, am I glad your on BodySpace!
I have to restart the cycle again this time, but the good thing is that I have experience and can impove much better from the last time I was getting stronger and bigger. After I ended the football season I am not as strong as I was before. My strength dropped dramatically and I am shocked...
