An unanticipated transition - discovered the gym as a place to release stress and feel better about myself... it was a road untraveled and it made all the difference!
Why I Love It:
I love how I feel afterwards- I call it my Attitude Adjustment! I love the results I am seeing as well as all the compliments!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and paying close attention to how my body feels all the time!

The Boot camp was great! It was grueling, hard, stressful, but worth it! I am also taking a cardio/strength training classes everyday. I've added Pilates, Zumba, The Core, and Fit & Fab. I really love Zumba, just don't always feel totally coordinated! I've been riding my bike also!
Pushups help alot. I am trying to get back into them. They are hetring my back less and planks and reverse planks seem to be helping. I finish of with 2 sets of as many as I can pushups after bench and flys on chest day!
Elisa, you CAN do it....Consistancy is the KEY. Training, Diet & Cardio....Keep those three working and you WILL achieve all your fitness goals.
