An unanticipated life transition during a brief 17 month marriage into a more enlightened, brighter independent future. At the time, didn't want to go home, discovered the gym... it was a road untraveled and it made all the difference!
Why I Love It:
I love how I feel afterwards- I call it my Attitude Adjustment! I love the results I am seeing as well as all the compliments!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and paying close attention to how I feel all the time!
BB Accomplishments:
To Date : won 3rd place at my gym's LOVE YOUR BODY CONTEST! kept a food journal, trained 2x a week with a PT, completed the Boot Camp challenges, cardio 5-6 times a week and was the only who answered all the questions correctly!

Getting Stronger!
Took this pic at my sister's home. Its been awhile since I've seen the whole me from the back!
My training is going great, making some significant gains in my strength. Life can be better, but as long as I am progressively moving towards achieving some of my goals, then I'm not complaining!!!!! And You?
yes i like lipo 6 works for me Just workout out with one of the regular 4 am gym folks. It was funny she is 4'8" amd I am 6'3" se said that shhad a killer leg workout so i was game. she was right they are sore a hell and it has only been a few hours. the last workout was wall sits with a ball. i thought it was going to be easy boy was i wrong
