I've always been fairly active and played a lot of sports growing up. More recently, I've been lifting weights consistently. If only i enjoyed cardio as much...
Why I Love It:
Best stress reliever around. There's nothing like an early morning workout with just me, my thoughts, and my ipod. Some of my best ideas are the product of a great workout!

Boy does time fly! Sometimes I find it hard to manage work, training, friends & family. Needless to say, the frequency of my workouts have dwindled; but the New Year brings new challenges and new goals. I am still looking to shed some body fat% for that defined physique. To accomplish this, means clean eating and regular workouts. LET 2009 BEGIN!!!

Well what can I say, time has just gotten away from me as of lately. I haven't been able to blog in a few weeks, but i haven't forgotten:) So I have continued to work out at least 5 days a week for the most part with the exception of the week I went back home to Florida for some R&R....
