well, after taking a few months off from powerlifting im going to give it one last good run and see if my tendons hold up. looks like your deadlift is doing great.

ah man I'm not so sure about my lifts recently. With the move and all not to mention little food i've shrunk to 188lbs. somehow I'm still holding onto that 500lb deadlift even at this weight and my squat is still good around 455 or so. I know my bench is dead, my wrist won't let me handle 275 without extreme pain.

pulled 480 today after 8 reps w/ 405 and 1 rep with 455! odd part is im leaner than I was at the condo??? hows your DL progress coming along?

I finally got my ass back in a gym after almost a 2 month break. whats funny is all my numbers went down except for my deadlift? I pulled 455 with chalk only and weighed 202 at the doctor a few weeks ago? guess I dreamt about deadlifts during my time off haha.

Just read the accomplishments and saw 1st place Dl 240+ class & 1st in Dl overall. I'm trying to figure out why I got a burst of adrenaline after reading that... great work!

been falling here lately. (I'm sure you heard) Trying to get my weight up literally. Next thursday I'm going to get a loan and buy my local supermarket so ill have plenty of food. seriously though I have this diet im dying to try as soon as I can afford it. I'm finally back in the gym consistantly after my "breakdown" so as the progress comes ill keep you updated. 575... lightyears from where i am.

246! dammit man.. was soooo close to 425 DL raw today, the bar slipped out of my left hand on the last set for 1 at past mid pull. It came up easy but my hands just couldn't grip it. Oh well leaps above the 315 that was tough 2 weeks ago. crazy update pic BTW, whats your weight goal? or is there one?

What are you down to this week? I'm at 196 bodyweight, these new forms are killing me! I feel so weak it's like starting over,but I'm slowly getting stronger with the new lifts. You mass gaining yet?

NICE DL!!! Remember when we worked out and I got 405 for 6 on the 4th set with straps and belt? I've been working on that form we talked about "locked arms" and pulled it for the same amount minus the gear, felt great. I'm at 196 bodyweight this week! Hows everything else going? whats yur weight now?

oh forgot to mention the websites... put it this way I printed out the entire secction on one of the sites for reference to mass gaining. I also liked the title of the "bench 500 easy" one. when it said easy i couldn't help myself, haha.

so far still at 193, but i did notice a slight strength increase this week. hate to talk about strength increases when all my lifts went down after I changed up my form on everything, buuut good news is im gaining mass finally :)

So far I'm still working the bugs out of my new routine, still trying to find what works best for me. I did realize that I get most of my bench power from my shoulders using a bodybuilding style form so I swapped over to powerlifting form and my bench dropped like 100 pounds haha,time to beef up those triceps. good news is I gained three pounds in two weeks after increasing food intake.

hey man.I recently forced myself to where I could take animal pak (large pills) and am currently on pak,pump and nitro. I have to say its the best stack ive ever used. as well as my workouts after that deloading have done nothing but intensified. currently training 4 times a week heavy, running on sunday.

currently waiting for day three of my deloading with the weights. Its really different and still challenging. I'm doing 20 rep sets with little weight like you said. the extra focus on my nutrition is really helping. that light weight is messing with my state of mind, can't wait for next week.
