Good to hear from you! Cam has tried giving me updates about you from time to time. If your tendons bother you, buy sleeves - Rehband ones work great (I use 'em). I have a meet on Saturday Oct 24th, dead only. We'll soon see what I can do...
Hey, I gave Cam the entry form for the lifting event in October. Since we're in different weight classes we won't be competing against each other. You always have a place to stay if you want to come down.
You're doing an incredible job, Chad! I attempted 605 this afternoon (belt and chalk), but didn't pull it past my knees. I'm extremely disappointed in myself right now. I'll try again in a couple weeks. Got to get my head straight...
Nice work! Glad to see you're improving. At your bodyweight, you should really consider doing some local competitions. Go here

to find one near you. There's one down here in March and another in April. Both are drugfree and you can lift geared or raw. Keep up to solid work!
Thanks, man. It's a totally different world when you lift in front of a crowd and against other competitors. The pressure is on, but it really gets you cranked. It was fun. Everyone is so supportive; even guys in the same weight class are cheering each other on. That meet won't be my last...
Nice! Doing that much raw is great! Try using chalk for your grip. I swear by it now. Anything over 405 I chalk up and I haven't had one problem with grip. Wish I could've used it in Longboat Key instead of the straps on the 495 lifts...
Thanks for the comments on the DL pic. Everything else has been going great. Football is in full swing and we look decent so far. I'm up to 246 but with football I'll burn some of the fat off. Keep your diet in check and you'll keep gaining. Sounds like you're doing great so far!
I pulled 565 for a single today! New PR for me. There's a raw meet here in Lakeland in October if you're interested. It's about an 8 hour drive, but I think you could do some damage. Let me know how your doing...
