I had my body fat measured yesterday, I was really hoping for roughly 14%, but instead it is 11.5%! Diet and cardio work! Here is the history of BF measurements starting April of 2008 including lean mass.
Haha, trying to! Still can't get these suckers to break 18 though, so I've thrown in some high volume workouts to try and beat myself up a bit.
How's everything going for you lately, man?
LOL..that's cool...Law...Wow...tough stuff i hear...politics/law makes my head ache. I may look into the book though...always interested in a good read.

LOL...sounds good or bad depending on if you look at the glass half full or half empty...i always try to keep mine full..LOL (re:beer)...Oh and thanks for the progress comment...i'm doin my best with what i have..i need to get more sculpted etc..Its always a work in progress!!!

Hmm.. I am not sure about it. I read about it on Amazon. Let me know when your done if I should attempt it. Its already 5 here at 6:30 I am off to the gym for workout 2, but I am kinda tired. LOL. I know this may sound sissy to you, but what do you do when you are super sore?
Hmm never heard of it? I will look it up see what its about. I just finished "The Gargoyle" . It was pretty good. Am reading a book called the "The age of Shiva" now. Typical Indian story.. its ok.
Oh yuck! How are finals coming? Must be nice to break up the studying with your workouts? I got Oxygen magazine and tried their 20 min workout Sat night and I am still hurting today. My legs are killimg me. LOL
Thanks re:Mother's Day...My Diet, well i eat mostly a vegetarian diet..lately i have been craving sugar...i think b/c of stress?? i def need to be more strict..its hard when its at home (I buy it for my youngest) we have fresh fruit here too, but i get lazy and grab the quickest snack without thinking about the consequences, and of course i do like to have a few beers during the weekends ;p...I need to Buck up and just say NO to the Sugar...LOL
