when i realized that 63kg is really not enough for a guy..
Why I Love It:
cause of the pain both in my veins and muscles.. and of course the feeling of pump..
How I Stay Motivated:
by screaming inside of my head.. "Come on son!! one more!! one fuc**g mooorreee!!"
BB Accomplishments:
I had a serious spine problem in 2007, then the doc said I even "should NOT" walk fast!! I gained 30 kilos and became 107 in total.. oooh Gee, cant imagine the body fat! after doing nothing 1,5 years, I decided to dead-lift to strengthen my back.. now? I m 83kgs with %13 body-fat and without any stretching marks on my body..
