How I Started:
Was never much of a team player. My dad had a small barbell set in the basement, started playing around with that.
Why I Love It:
The high. Nothing is better than moving a new weight and setting a PR, or looking in the mirror and see changes.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing other people eating McDonalds everyday, getting fat, not taking pride in themselves. Too many guys my age get caught up in drugs and boozing every day. Its difficult at times.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet. Concentrating on getting as strong as I can. I usually do mixes of powerlifting, strongman, and VERY basic oly lifting.
