What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Before I became a member of this gym hours of function were important to me so this made my choice easier. But I also made sure they had variety and alot of cardio machines and weights.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
The pros for working out in a gym are that there are a variety of machines and/or free weights someone can use to be able to meet their goal. The cons of working out in any gym is during the rush hour which is usually before people go to work or after work. What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I eat the healthy carbs for brakfast for example grapefruit, oatmeal, banana, etc. I snack every 2 hours and it consists of trailmix, grapes or 100 calorie snack. I eat lunch at about 1:30 and it consists of protein & veggies. After 3pm I try not to eat or snack on any carbs unless working out in the evening.
