I've been working out since after giving birth to my daughter. I realized that the last thing I wanted to do was to let myself go just b/c I had a child.
I started bodybuilding this last year when I started playing for a paintball team & was offered to appear on photoshoots.
Why I Love It:
I love working out b/c not only is it setting a great example for my daughter but it has increased my self esteem tremendously and is keeping me healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated when I see the changes my body goes through & I realize that I can wear certain clothes I was not able to wear before. What has also kept me motivated are the opportunities I've been offered in the paintball community.
BB Accomplishments:
My major accomplishments are to lose another 7 lbs, completely tone my body and be at 10% bodyfat.

I'm the gal in black top. This was taken when I had already lost some of my goal weight along with inches. I wasn't satisfied therefor took it a step further to fulfill that accomplishment
This was taken on October 3rd for a shoot and so far I'm on the right track to my complete goal. I'm just trying to tone and lose 5% more in bodyfat for complete goal. But I'm happy.

Goal (Long):
While growing up I was always known to be chunky even though I was always active in sports. I wanted men 2 see me as a woman & not as a buddy. So far I've lost most of my weight. I went from 152lbs down to 116lbs. My long term goal is to be at 110lbs & be at 10% bodyfat. I want the paintball community to realize that not only can female P.Ball players play the sport but they can also be attractive. I want P.Ball Mags to use real female players & not just models.
I find this member inspirational because she REALLY worked for her fitness & beauty she wasn't just thin before. She had to go through the whole experience of loosing the weight, toning and getting the results that not many get. She inspires me to train harder and eat better. She reminded me of who I was at one point.
What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Before I became a member of this gym hours of function were important to me so this made my choice easier. But I also made sure they had variety and alot of cardio machines and weights.

The pros for working out in a gym are that there are a variety of machines and/or free weights someone can use to be able to meet their goal. What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I eat the healthy carbs for brakfast for example grapefruit, oatmeal, banana, etc. I snack every 2 hours and it consists of trailmix, grapes or 100 calorie snack. I eat lunch at about 1:30 and it consists of protein & veggies. After 3pm I try not to eat or snack on any carbs unless working out in the evening. Hi Suhaily! :) Just got in from the gym. My legs are soo sore :( lol. Oh, thats good that you were able to be off. My weekend was good I didn't do much just train and sleep. lol. I caught some games on sunday. My cowboys won! ( This will probably be one the few times you hear me say that this season) lol. Your chargers won too. I guess we both had a good sunday :) How was your weekend? Did you do anything exciting?? :)
Hi- Thanks for the add.The Olympia fanfest was OK.I think it has gone downhill for a few years compared to when it was at Mandalay Bay.Of course, i always love getting tongue tied from the women fitness models :-).
Hi Suhaily! I'm glad to hear that your training is going well :) Yeah, I'm training this weekend. Today is my cardio day :( lol. Its funny. Even though I like the progress and the change in my stamina. I just still don't like cardio. Lol. Tomorrow I have powerlifting training :) I love the heavy weight training! lol. Hi, Carbs are a challange for me.
I try to keep just below 1 gram per body pound. Then carb up 1 day a week.
Lots of low intensity cardio.

Hi Suhaily. I'm doing pretty good. Don't feel bad. My Cowboys suck! Damn Romo!! lol. :) My training has been on point. I'm still at work right now. Its been a boooring day. lol. I can't wait to get off and go hit the gym!! I get to blast upper body tonight! Yeah!! Been lacking my tri's a little bit so I'm gonna focus more on those. Still trying to hit that 20 inch mark on my arms :( But I'll get there! How's your training going? Good I hope?? :)
