im actually gettin out the military in bout a week. what branch u joining? trainings good, its still gonna be hard though.

ya you can do many ab exercises without the machines and you can develop your abs, but know matter how hard you work on them you wont see them unless you have your DIET right, thats the main thing, DIET DIET DIET

hello beautiful Jasmine. Im doing well thanks. ive taken afew few days off training and letting my torn hamstring heal some more.
