Played softball all four years of high school, went to college got out of shape and started dating someone who was very physically fit (BigEasyBST) and decided to get back in the routine. I want to be healthy and fit! :)
Why I Love It:
I feel more confident about my body and I still play softball so I feel it helps me out on the field as well!
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm engaged to a fitness guru and I don't want to look like a fatty walking down the aisle.
BB Accomplishments:
When i first started i could barely squat the bar and I use to get bored working out and had no motivation but now that I'm actually seeing results I wake-up excited to go! For the rest of the day I'm energized and awake!
Why I like this video: We work out at Dac 24 and there hasn't been anything this funny but there are a couple of regulars that i have seen that remind me of this guy!

Suggestions :glutes and hams, aerobics at least 3 times a week at a moderate or interval pace. Lunges with light weights or no weights 3x a week to begin. Interval training with brisk walking or running if possible will tighten up the tush, and round the glutes. Squats if you want more size. There is a ton of advice on here, on the main pages, from very qualified and sucessful BB.com women and men. Good luck! You can do it! Tim
