I started working out with weights regularly with my husband after I had two kids.

I love to watch my body change.
How I Stay Motivated:
I created a website called MyBodySite.com where men and women can feel comfortable showing pictures and talking about every type of body improvement in a safe environment. Their stories, their triumphs and even their failures help to lift me up and motivate me to want to motivate others. I don't criticize anyone's choices for their body and that environment fosters body improvement in so many ways.

My goal is to lose 10 pounds and maintain a lifestyle of fitness while enjoying the good things in life too. With 2 kids, it's a challenge to stay in shape. I believe in bodybuilding but also believe it's ok if you're just into basic fitness or nutrition. I'm also ok with cosmetic surgery. People should be happy in the skin they're in, even if it takes a little work to get there.
